Giving Back to the Community

As many of us in the real estate industry are aware, many people are considered subcontractors of the real estate offices that they work with. Due to this fact, many do not have health insurance as it is not provided by the broker to subcontractors.

Waypoint Property Inspections East, LLC is a preferred vendor for many real estate offices and work with 100’s of realtors every year. For the most part, we always see smiling happy faces and hope that everyone is having a great year from both a personal and business standpoint.

Peter Michael who is a Keller Williams agent suffered a severe medical issue and is uninsured. Julio Sanchez and James Torrance of the Keller Williams Coastal Partners office in West Palm Beach are raising money to help pay Peter’s medical bills.

As a preferred vendor of this office, we have pledged $20.00 per completed inspection to the Peter Michael Medical Fund for any inspection in November and December 2014. We believe in giving back and this is another example of how Waypoint Property Inspections East, LLC cares and gives back.
